Audrey Doxtdator
Audrey Doxtdator is the principal lawyer at River Law and has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious family law matters. Audrey takes the time to understand each client’s unique legal concerns and ensure her clients obtain the best possible result.
She is a meticulous and strategic thinker, practicing all aspects of divorce, equalization of family property, pension, child support, spousal support, custody and decision-making.
Audrey is also a fierce advocate for children and youth as OCL counsel, protecting the rights of some of the province’s most vulnerable children. Audrey grew up in Caledonia, Ontario and sits on the Haldimand County Accessibility Committee and Cayuga BIA.
Suzan Shlemoon
Suzan Shlemoon has worked intensively with Audrey Doxtdator as junior family law counsel since being called to the bar in 2024. Suzan is aware of the emotional impact divorce and separation can have on a spouse and she approaches each case with dedication, conscientiousness and empathy.
Suzan works closely with her clients to find solutions that meet each of their specific needs, ensuring that her client’s concerns are being heard.
On her spare time, Suzan enjoys being outdoors and spending time in the company of family and friends. Suzan also remains actively engaged in her local Assyrian community.
